FFFAI being National Apex body of Custom Brokers Association in India our main mission would be:

To bring togetherness among each and every Custom Brokers operating at each location.

To represent and promote the interest of Custom Brokers for their professional enhancement.

To engage in skill development, training at local, regional and national level.

To promote use of Information Technology, digital process and online transaction for paperless eco-system in Custom clearance.

To work closely with CBIC, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Shipping, Ministry of Civil Aviation and related Ministries for establishing Customs Brokers as Nodal player in supply chain & logistics.

.To educate trade & industry, importer exporter to engage only licensed Custom Brokers directly for purpose of Custom clearance.

Recreate the identity of Custom Brokers on National & International platform through network in FFFAI.

To protect Custom Brokers against monopolistic forces and unreasonable actions.

To help the country to achieve the dream of five trillion dollar economy by improving the efficiency in clearance of import export consignments.
